Estimated delivery times after dispatch:
Cairo & Giza: 1–3 business days
Alexandria & Delta (Lower Egypt): 2–4 business days
Upper Egypt & remote areas: 3–7 business days
Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to courier operations, weather conditions, or public holidays.
Shipping fees are calculated at checkout based on your delivery location and order details.
Any free-shipping offers or promotions will be clearly displayed during checkout.
If Cash on Delivery is available:
Payment must be made in full at the time of delivery for standard products.
For custom-made or made-to-order products, full payment is required before delivery and the order will only be processed after payment confirmation.
Custom-made products are non-refundable and non-cancelable once production has started, unless otherwise stated.
Repeated order refusals may result in restriction or removal of COD eligibility for future orders.
Once your order is shipped, you will receive a confirmation message via SMS or email with delivery details and tracking information (if available).
If delivery fails due to:
Customer unavailability
Incorrect address or phone number
No response to courier calls
The order may be returned to us. Additional shipping fees may apply for re-delivery.
If your order arrives damaged, incomplete, or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery and provide clear photos and order details so we can assist you.
We are not responsible for delays caused by circumstances beyond our control, including courier delays, weather conditions, or public holidays. However, we will always do our best to support and update you.
